This past winter, I made these Moss Leg Warmers, The Leaves Sweater, and the Lilypad Dress. I love how my winter pieces reflect the colors I was feeling during those seasons and the moments I wanted to encapsulate through crocheting. In some ways, I view crocheting like painting. But instead of painting a landscape, I want people to feel as if they are the leaves or are the lilypads instead of just looking at them. And I think it's interesting how my summer pieces contrast these winter/spring ones so drastically. However, it acurately reflects how drastically my feelings change between seasons.
 
I hope no matter what season you wear these leg warmers, you can feel the moss between your toes... Unless that is a bad sensory experience for you, in which case, I hope you feel whatever gets you to drop $95 on leg warmers.
